How can I help?

I work with people who need support to cope with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, disconnection from self, loss and grief. I focus on creating a strong, stable relationship where together we can gain insight into the challenges you are facing and the obstacles that prevent you from living life the way you want to.

By paying attention to what is happening in the moment between us and by using my skills and experience to create a safe space, you can take the time to explore the issues you are facing and gain the confidence to change the unhelpful or painful ways you connect with yourself and others.
